Andy has recently come upon some classic phrases of childhood that I am sure to hear for the next, oh, 20 years.
"Aw, that's not FAIR."
"I never get to do ANYTHING."
I have to laugh because the the notion is so ridiculous, but also because I can totally hear myself in 1977 saying the same thing. Sorry, Mom!
There's also the classic soon to be heard at your house called "EVERYONE else is doing it" - - to which you can respond with, "Now that's ridiculous. You can't possible know everyone!" or the classic "If all your friends jumped off a bridge..."
