See what I mean about parents and the clothes they put their kids in? I bought this cute outfit last week not realizing at the time it came with a hat. I can't decide what the hat is supposed to be exactly. A baret of sorts? Really I think he looks like a monk of some kind in this. Shouldn't he be praying? It sort of looks like he's waving to the crowd in this picture although what I really think he was doing it pointing at the cat.
