Brilliant

Andy has figured out that he likes to put things away. That's all really cute when we're putting toys back in the bin or dishes into the diswasher, but this morning he took a plastic egg, put it into the Diaper Champ and turned the handle. Great. He stared at it for a few seconds, clearly impressed with himself for making it disappear, then he started looking around for other items that would fit. As for that egg, we do wrap the diapers up before putting them in so it's not that gross, but one plastic egg isn't worth the trouble. When he puts my cell phone in there, that'll be a different story.

I've been asking around about new pediatricians and we found one that's just as close as the other as comes highly recommended from a friend in the office who has two little girls. The good news is there are only two doctors in the practice, they're really close and take their own call so I'm guaranteed to see one of the two of them each time. The bad news is they don't take my insurance. I do have a PPO and a flex account so I can get reimbursed for a lot of it, but it's still a pain to do all the paperwork.
