Shoes

Tonight we found another inexpensive toy - shoes. Andy spent a solid 15 minutes taking Bjorn's dress shoes and playing with them. He would grab a black wingtip and carry it around the living room and kitchen. Then he would throw it down and practice putting his foot in it. Quite precious.

It's been raining here seemingly nonstop since Saturday and I think we're all having a bit of cabin fever.

  1. I don't know any swedish.... but kids love shoes. In my experience, the love of shoes breaks all gender boundaries. Little girls love all shoes. Little boys love all shoes. My three old will not stay away from shoes. He'll put on a pair, throw them somewhere, and bring us a new pair of shoes, demanding to be resoled. We probably have about 100 pairs of shoes in this house... but only three matching pairs!

This is my first time here, and I don't know how old your son is... but it doesn't matter. Kids love shoes. I'm not sure why, but my theory is that it makes them feel grown up.

Thanks for coming to my site. I'm currently looking for new blogs to replace some dead ones on my sidebar. If you remind me to come back I will... otherwise, I might forget.
