I stopped by Target on the way home to look for shoes. It turns out I need a buddy to hold Andy down while I force him to try on shoes. He just wasn't having it and after 10 minutes of trying to cajole and then force the issue, I decided it wasn't worth it. Fortunately, I came home and decided to try on some of the hand-me-downs in his closet from his cousins. Low and behold, I found a gently used pair of 5 1/2 Stride Rites. They fit and he can actually walk in them. Well, it's going to take some getting used to, but he can indeed do a bit of the Franken-walk.
Desperate for a good night's sleep since 2005.

Stride Rite
